Snow White and the thick belly

One week ago, snow was abundant on the ground and I told the kids "this is it.... the last snow day of the season".  As a family we headed to the park to make an enormous snow-girl with swim suit.  Very cute as we looked forward to the summer pool season.  Looking at the picture today I thought..... that's kind of how I feel and a little how I look.  Thick in the middle and bottom and super white thanks to winter in North Dakota.

BUT, true to yesterdays post, it's TGITuesday.  Started with a chocolate Shakeology shake and hit a BODYSTEP workout at lunch hour.  Feeling great and know that the extra body fat covering my think belly will melt away just as the snow has.

Snow White will be a distant memory in the weeks to come as the color comes back and the results start replacing this mental image.

  1. Right now I am struggling with a mental image of a ditzy forgetful woman. I am going through some kind of phase of losing important items. One day it was a pair of earrings, another day it was my license, another day it was something else. Just another indication that there are areas of my life in disorder that need attention. Sleep is definitely one of those areas. I know that if I am well rested I can function at a higher level than usual. Today I am going to get to bed before 10:30 and hopefully will be sleeping before 11! And by the way - that snowman is super hot! No wonder she melted...
